Tulsa police are investigating a drive-by shooting early Friday.
The victim was reported shot at 2:39 a.m. near the Plaza Hills East apartments near 13000 East 16th Street.
We're told the victim's car hit a brick wall after he was shot.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
No one has been arrested.
