A man was recently arrested in Claremore for using counterfeit money.
Police say Jeremy Miller allegedly used two fake $100 bills in a purchase arranged online. The victim didn't notice at first.
"The money was in an envelope," police said. "He sees the two $100 bills and thinks he has what he needs."
KRMG's told the victim later figured it out while using the money at a local QuikTrip. The employee told him the cash was fake.
Police say the bills were actually money made for movies. The words "Motion Picture Use Only" were printed on them.
