Woman's 130-pound tumor removed during surgery

Doctors excised a 130-pound tumor from the body of a 51-year-old woman who had been unable to leave her home for two years.

It took surgeons in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, more than four hours to remove the tumor yesterday, which apparently started growing five years ago.
