Praise from the victim's daughter and numerous e-mails made a Tulsa police officer feel the pride of helping others.
Officer Jim Brill was on patrol early Monday when he spotted the suspect vehicle from the Papa John's murder on Saturday.
Officer Brill told the News On 6 that he was only doing his job.
"That car happened to be next to me at the traffic light. I looked over and I looked over again. In the back of my head I was like, 'Is that the car?'"
He says the TPD homicide investigators really deserve credit for solving the crime so quickly.
