The checkpoint will be set up near 61st and Memorial Drive, near Shadow Mountain Properties.
Tulsa Police Reserves will be assisting with the event.
Overtime funding is being provided by the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office.
The “Safer Summer in Tulsa” campaign was initiated to help save more lives on Oklahoma’s roadways.
