The Biebs may have had some bumps in the road lately but he’s still a hot ticket.
School officials say they had important tests scheduled the week of the show. But they are so worried that kids won’t show up that day, they’re changing the testing dates.
Five schools in the town of Alesund Norway joined the party and moved their midterm tests to the week before the show.
Alesund is an eight hour drive from Oslo where Bieber will be performing and school workers think the drive will keep kids from class that day and possible the day after.
One principal said “we considered that this was a battle that we could not win this time."
He told a Norwegian radio station that he expects as many as half of the girls at his school to go to the sold out show.
The last time the tall haired Canadian put on a show in Oslo it was one of the biggest concerts in the country’s history.
One guy not happy about the move is the commissioner of schools Torger Odegaard.
He told Norwegian news agency NRK “it would not be appropriate in Oslo, I don’t think this helps to raise respect for the school.”
