Third suspect arrested in Broken Arrow teen's 2006 murder

Wagoner County prosecutors announced they have filed a murder charge in the 2006 murder of  Broken Arrow teen Jarret Clark.

Anthony Wallen, 30, was arrested Tuesday morning after a lengthy investigation by Wagoner County Sheriff's Office and other agencies.

His is the third arrest in the case; prosecutors had already filed charges against Dayna Miller, 27, and Courtney Manzer, 24.

A probable cause affidavit in the Wallen case obtained by KRMG spells out what investigators think happened May 13-14, 2006 at Fort Gibson Lake.

A fight between Wallen and Clark became extremely violent, and they believe Clark was rendered unconscious.

It appears Wallen and the other suspects thought Clark was dead, and drove him down to the lake in a pickup and dumped him in the water.

But the ME determined Clark actually drowned, meaning he was still alive when they put him in the water.

Investigators say the suspects all lied about their involvement and the events of that fatal night.

It took years to bring the cold case to a succesful conclusion, but authorities now believe they have all the surviving suspects in custody.

A fourth person involved, Brandon Hargrove, died in a car crash in 2008.
