Supreme Court Justice breaks shoulder in bike accident

He was hit by a car on his bike in 1993. That accident cost him a punctured lung and broken ribs.

He also broke his collarbone in 2011 in a bike mishap.

The 74 year old had surgery to fix the shoulder.

Breyer has had a tough 12 months, he was robbed by a man with a machete in 2012.

Doctors say Breyer will be fine and recover completely but they do suggest he be a little more cautious during his future exercise.
