Stepdad guilty in necrophilia murder of step-daughter

Gregory Graf admitted shooting his step-daughter Jessica Padgett in the back of the head, “to have sex with her body."

A jury needed only 10 minutes to declare him guilty of first-degree murder. Their decision was made simpler by a video the prosecution showed. In it, Graf is seen spouting profanity as he sexually abused Padgett’s body.

Testimony in the case showed Graf got Padgett into his home by asking for help with his computer.

Her body was found hidden under debris near Graf's home five years later.

SkyNews reports Graf admitted to investigators, he watched "a lot of porn" the day he killed Padgett. He also told them he "wished he had chosen a 46-year-old neighbor" as his victim instead.

Graf now faces a life sentence without parole.
