Shots fired into Tulsa house twice early Thursday

It's like a war zone overnight at a house in the 800 block of North Union Place near the Tulsa Country Club.

Someone fired 14 gunshots into a house where four generations of one family were inside about midnight this morning, including a boy who was asleep on the sofa where a bullet barely missed hitting him.

Tulsa Police Corporal Dan Miller tells us, "Right now we're in a stump of why someone would pick out this innocent family and just start shooting up their house."

The family had no idea why the shots were fired and they didn't see anything.

But then officers were called back about three hours later when more gunshots were fired into the house, but this time someone there saw a car driving away.

"They just caught a real quick glimpse of it. As soon as the firing stopped they looked up to catch this car leaving the area."

Police are looking for that gray car.
