Semi trucks not immune to Tulsa area winds

Wind gusts reached over 50 miles per hour in the Tulsa area on Tuesday.

One truck driver tells us despite his 80,000-pound load, the wind was still a force to be reckoned with.

"Literally, you're just tilting to one side or the other," the driver said. "It was blowing me around like nobody's business."

Another truck driver reports he could only go 55 miles per hour in a 70 mile an hour zone with his load of 45,000 pounds, on account of the wind.

Did you have trouble driving in the wind yesterday? Let us know in the comments.
