Man shot four times outside apartment complex

A shooting victim is hospitalized after a confrontation by several men on a parking lot.

The 24-year old man was shot at the Western Pines apartments near 23rd and Jackson about 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Tulsa Police Sergeant Jim Clark says one of the men "produced a hand gun and began shooting. The victim was struck four times."

Clark tells us tell us the victim was not giving police much information about the shooting.

He said witnesses also were not cooperating in the investigation.
