Man shoots roommate, then himself

A man is accused of shooting his roommate and then shooting himself.

Porum police say it happened around 7:30 p.m. in Muskogee County.

The two roommates got into a heated argument.  Police say this is when one of the men shot his roommate in the stomach before shooting himself in the face.

Both men were taken to an area hospital in critical condition.  As of Thursday morning, there is no change in their conditions.

No word on what started the argument.

Police have not released the names of the two men.
