A victim is shot three times by his neighbor late Friday night over an earlier dispute.
Tulsa police say it happened near West 4th and South 5th.
The victim was taken to the hospital where he's expected to survive. Police say he was shot twice in the abdomen and once in the arm.
Officers tracked the shooter down to his home where a 20 minute standoff began. Police say the suspect's girlfriend and a child were inside the home, but neither was treated like a hostage.
The suspect came out of the house after talking to officers over the phone and he was taken into custody.
There is no word what caused the earlier dispute.
