Man seeks out food stamps, drops his pants instead

A man allows his pants to drop in public.

A few moments later, he did it again.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol say Donald Fowler was arrested for indecent exposure Thursday morning at the DHS food stamp office.

The suspect went to the office seeking food stamps.  OHP say he was told to empty his pockets and take off his belt.

Fowler refused to take off his belt.  OHP say when the office insisted, down went the pants.

The office informed him to please leave or he would go to jail.  Fowler wasn't willing to leave.

OHP say this is when Fowler allowed his pants to drop again.  Several people were able to see his privates.

Fowler was then taken into custody.  He's currently in the Tulsa County Jail.

The suspect faces one count of disturbing a state business and one count of indecent exposure.
