Man breaks into hotel room, sexually assaults woman

A sexual assault suspect is behind bars.

Tulsa Police say 51-year-old Dale Ray Richburg of Bristow forced his way into a room at the Rest Inn near Admiral and Memorial and sexually assaulted a woman around 9 Wednesday morning.

As officers were heading to the hotel, they received another call saying the same suspect forcing his way into another motel room and physically assaulting another female.

The suspect then ran from the motel and began kicking a random vehicle parked at the Wendy’s down the street.

The owner of that vehicle ran out of the restaurant and was physically assaulted by the suspect.

When officers arrived at the Wendy’s, the suspect resisted arrest but was taken into custody.

Richburg was booked for forcible oral sodomy, two counts of 1^st degree burglary, two counts of simple assault, one count of felony malicious mischief and resisting arrest.
