Man accused of exposing himself to a child

A Jenks man is accused of exposing himself to a 7-year-old girl Wednesday afternoon.

Tulsa deputies say it happened at Chandler Park around 5 p.m.

The girl's mother told deputies her child was exiting a bathroom, when Kyle Razmus confronted her.  He's said to have dropped his pants.

Deputies say Razmus is then accused of either touching himself or urinating in front of the child.

During this time, a police officer drove by the area.  Razmus supposedly pulled up his pants until the squad car had left the area.

Deputies say he then pulled his pants back down.

The mother grabbed her child and went over to the playground area.  She then called for help.

Razmus was arrested and taken to the Tulsa County Jail.  He faces a count of indecent exposure.
