Kids watch as mother speeds away from police

A concerned citizen called 911 Friday afternoon, stating a drunk woman was driving with two kids in her car.

Owasso police say they received the call around 4 p.m.

When officers spotted Ashley Jezerski's car a short time later, they attempted to pull her over.  Just one problem, Jezerski ignored them.

Instead, she started to speed up.  Police say they could see her two young daughters in the car, and they were not restrained.

In fact, an officer following Jezerski could see the girls watching his police car.

Jezerski didn't stop until she pulled into her driveway near East 19th and North Garnett.

Officers conducted a field sobriety test and it was "obvious" Jezerski was intoxicated.

She was then taken into custody.  Jezerski faces multiple counts including child endangerment and DUI.
