Houseguest gropes wife, fights with husband

A family guest is caught using a synthetic drug and is asked to leave.

Instead, Tulsa police say Nicholas Fickel groped his friend and got into a fight with her husband.

Everything started early Wednesday morning.  Officers say Fickel was caught using bath salts to get high.

This is when Fickel reached over and grabbed his friend of 13 years.  Police say the husband saw this happen and a fight broke-out.

During the scuffle, Fickel is accused of trying to kick the couples kids.  Police say he wasn't successful and the kids were unharmed.

Officers were then called and he was taken into custody a short time later.

Fickel is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
