Gas prices jump 17 cents in Tulsa area

While the experts are telling drivers to expect lower gas prices as we head towards Memorial Day, the price at the pump says otherwise.

QuikTrip and several other stations in the Tulsa area have raised prices $0.17 to $3.39 per gallon.

One possible explanation is today's rise in crude oil prices.

Today's price per barrel jumped $1.61 to finish the day at $95.21 per barrel.
