Convicted Tulsa child sex abuser sentenced to twenty years in prison

A former Tulsa school teacher convicted of sexually abusing children has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Robert Yerton was also sentenced to seven years, probation.

Yerton was a former administrator at Skelly Elementary School.

In August, Yerton was convicted on three of five counts filed against him, including two counts of child sex abuse, and lewd molestation of a child.
