Armed robbery victims approached outdoors at gunpoint

Two people were robbed while they were outdoors in east Tulsa early Friday.

Tulsa Police Corporal R.W. Solomon tells us the first victim was approached about 1:30 a.m. while he was outside of the Quiktrip store located at 3108 South 129th East Avenue.

Solomon described the suspect as "an 18-year old black male with a hoodie came up to our caller, demanded him to drive him around to get some money. Ended up robbing him at gunpoint."

The second victim was beaten and robbed a few minutes later outside of an apartment complex near 6300 South 107th East Avenue.
Solomon said the victim's keys, money, cellphone and 2004 Dodge Neon were taken in the robbery.
Police are looking for the car and the two suspects.
