The suspect, Jean Paul Rogers, was tracked down Wednesday and interviewed by police.
After reviewing surveillance photos of the crime, investigators were able to make an arrest Thursday.
We're told one of the shots grazed the side of a man's head near the Quiktrip at 41st and Garnett about 8:00 Sunday night.
"The suspect was in the vehicle in the parking lot with the victim and shot the victim," Tulsa Police Captain Wendell Franklin said.
Franklin tells us the victim was taken to the hospital by private vehicle.
Rogers was taken into custody for shooting with intent to kill.
There’s no word on a possible motive.
