By April Hill

At around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Tulsa Police responded to a burglary call near 64th St. and Owasso Place.

Officers said Reese Ramsey, a 27-year old homeless woman, walked into a home through an unlocked door where she stole meat, a child’s bicycle, and washed a load of laundry. Reports say she then broke into a second home, where she found a woman who was unable to walk on her own. Officers said that Ramsey picked up the woman and placed her on the floor in another room, and then stole an SUV from the garage.

Ramsey was found at 21st, and Garnett and police took her into custody.

She was arrested on complaints of first and second degree burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle, aggravated assault and battery, and tampering with security equipment.

Ramsey is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
