OSAGE COUNTY, Okla. — The Osage County Sheriff’s Office said they arrested a Skiatook man on Friday morning for charges related to the possession of child sexual abuse material.
The sheriff’s office said they received an Internet Crimes Against Children tip from the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office in Jan. 2026 identifying 19-year-old Logan Patrick Roberts as someone who possibly was in possession of and distributing child sexual abuse material.
Authorities said they began to look into Roberts and after weeks of investigation, they said they were able to establish enough probable cause to receive both a search and an arrest warrant.
On Friday, deputies conducted the search at Roberts’ home west of Skiatook and took him into custody.
According to OCSO, Roberts was arrested on charges of possession of child sexual abuse material, distribution of obscene material or child sexual abuse material and for violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
The sheriff’s office said this investigation is still active as they work to identify other potential victims or crimes connected to this case.
