CLAREMORE, Okla. — The Rogers State University Student Government Association is hosting a scavenger hunt to educate students about influential black leaders.
Running through Feb. 27, the Black History Scavenger Hunt invites RSU students to find and take a selfie with 12 of 15 posters across the Claremore campus in various locations.

Each poster features a prominent black leader and highlights their accomplishments and historical contributions.
The selfies can be submitted through a Google form and select entries will win prizes such as tickets to Greenwood Rising, black excellence gear and more.
SGA Student Body President Brysen Morgan said the scavenger hunt was designed to blend fun with cultural education on campus.
“The goal was to create something engaging for students, while also promoting awareness and appreciation in a meaningful way,” said Morgan.
Winners will be announced at the end of the month. RSU students can submit photos by clicking here.
