MUSKOGEE, Okla. — The Muskogee Police Department responded to a victim with a gunshot wound on Monday afternoon.
According to police, they were called out by Muskogee EMS around 2:25 p.m. to a home near North 6th Street and Market Street.
When officers arrived on scene, they said they found a person with a gunshot wound inside the home.
The person was transported to St. Francis Muskogee for treatment and Muskogee Police said their condition is unknown at this time.
Muskogee Police stated the investigation into this incident is ongoing and that more information will be released when it becomes available.
