WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Wis. — A Tahlequah woman was charged with traveling across state lines to engage in a sexual act with a minor living in Wisconsin.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, 24-year-old Randi L. Cook was charged with interstate travel with intent to engage in a sexual act with a minor, production of child pornography and coercing or enticing a minor for unlawful sexual activity.

The criminal complaint states Cook inappropriately messaged a minor living in Wisconsin between Nov. 7, 2025 and Dec. 16, 2025 and coerced them to send explicit photos.

Authorities said Cook also traveled to Wisconsin on more than occasion where they said she sexually abused the minor at both a hotel and a short-term rental property.

The case will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel R. Humble.

Cook has only been charged at this time. All defendants are presumed innocent unless they are convicted in a fair trial.
