Tennant was on the show from 2005 to 2010 and beat the current doctor played by Jodie Whittaker.
Peter Capaldi was third, followed by Matt Smith, according to Radio Times.
The Fifth Doctor, played by Tennant’s father-in-law, Peter Davison, came in last.
Tennant’s going back to the “Doctor Who” universe, but not on television. Instead, he’s doing a collection of audio stories reprising his role, Entertainment Weekly reported.
