Peacock released the official trailer for the revival of “Saved by the Bell,” with Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Tiffani Thiessen reprising their roles of Zack Morris and Kelly Kapowski from the show that ran from 1989 to 1992, Variety reported.

Mario Lopez returns as A.C. Slater, and Elizabeth Berkley comes back as Jessie Spano, but this time they are teachers at their alma mater, Entertainment Weekly reported.

In the new version of the series, Morris -- now the governor of California -- is in trouble for closing too many underfunded high schools, the website reported. He proposes that the affected students be sent to well-funded schools like Bayside.

Morris' son Mac (Mitchell Hoog) and Spano’s son Jamie (Belmont Cameli) attend Bayside, along with the rich and popular Lexi (Josie Totah). Slater, meanwhile, is working at the school as the gym teacher, Variety reported.

Lopez, Berkley Lauren, Gosselaar, Thiessen and Totah serve as producers, according to Variety. The show is produced by Universal Television.

The show will premiere Nov. 25 on Peacock, Entertainment Weekly reported.
