Original story:

According to a news release from LAPD, two people were arrested in connection to the shooting death of Rakim Allen, also known as PnB Rock. One of them was a minor who is possibly facing a murder charge. The other person, Shautel Trone, 32, was also arrested for possible accessory to murder.

A third suspect has been identified by police, according to The Associated Press. His name is Freddie Lee Trone, 40. Police say he is possibly armed and is considered dangerous.

LAPD said on September 12, Allen was at a restaurant in south Los Angeles with his girlfriend when a suspect went inside and approached him. The suspect allegedly demanded items from Allen and his girlfriend leading up to the shooting. The suspect then fled the scene in a car that was waiting for him.

According to the AP, no one else was injured in the incident and Allen was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Investigators believe a social media post may have tipped off Allen’s killer to where he was, with the location posted and tagged, according to the AP. The post has since been deleted.
