TULSA, Okla. — UPDATE (10/17/22, 4:55 p.m.): A suspect in a deadly shooting at Echo Trail Apartments has been arrested. Kaleb Pelton is 17 and was taken into custody in Elk Grove, California.
UPDATE (10/3/22 12:10 p.m.): Tulsa police identified the man shot and killed at Echo Trail Apartments as Fedro Givens. Police now say he was 18 years old.

Tulsa Police are investigating after a 19-year-old was shot and killed at the Echo Trail Apartments in south Tulsa.
Police were dispatched to the Echo Trail Apartments near 61st and Garnett around 7:30 p.m. Friday after reports of a shooting.
Police said the victim was shot in the chest three times, and investigators are searching for two suspects at this time.
No arrests have been made in this homicide at this time, and police said no gun was recovered at the scene.
