The plan came after several architectural firms were approached about a piece of property near the BOK Center. "It's just a conceptual drawing of what could potentially take place and happen downtown," Andrew Kinslow said. Kinslow is with the architecture firm, Kinslow Keith and Todd Inc. They put together the drawings of Tulsa's Tornado Tower and told us "it's getting really good reactions."
For now the building is just on paper but Kinslow told us since the drawings became public they are getting calls and meeting with investors
“There’s not client at this point," Kinslow admitted. But the firm is meeting a potential investor today and others have expressed interest.
So how much would it cost to build the 20-30 story tower? "I have no idea," Kinslow told Fox23. "We're making all of this up," he continued. "It's very schematic at this point, it's just a concept."
It looks like this concept, has gained a little footing.
