A man who escaped from a Texas jail Tuesday night was found 40 minutes later at a Dairy Queen restaurant, authorities said.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the inmate was found with a cellphone shortly before he escaped, KTRK reported.
The man was captured at the Dairy Queen within an hour of his escape, the television station reported.
The Sheriff's Office tweeted a photo of deputies leading the man to a squad car, according to KTRK.
