Wagoner County man returns to Oklahoma, months after battling COVID-19 at a Missouri hospital

TULSA, Okla. — Mark Wilson has returned to Oklahoma.

The Wagoner County Emergency Management volunteer has been battling COVID-19 in a hospital in Missouri, hours away from home. He was initially diagnosed in September. Wilson was transferred from Wagoner County to Springfield, Missouri due to a lack of ICU beds in our area.

Wilson was transported to Tulsa last night, where he will continue to receive treatment.
