Tulsa turns green to highlight Brain Injury Awareness Month

TULSA — The Tulsa Brain Injury Foundation received a big response from area districts and businesses for the inaugural “LIGHTS ON” event to commemorate Brain Injury Awareness Month.

More than 30 area landmarks and buildings will participate by turning green lights on Friday night.

The Gathering Place, The Mayo Hotel and the Tulsa Arts district are on board.

Cain’s Ballroom, The Rose District and Jenks Riverwalk will also go green.

Chris Lieberman and Kim Hahn started the foundation after Chris suffered a brain injury after a fall in 2016.

They’d like for more businesses and home to participate.
