Tulsa Police investigating overnight drive-by shooting

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Cops are investigating a drive-by shooting near 81st and Sheridan.

When officers arrived on scene near midnight on Monday, they say they found the woman already in the ambulance.

The victim had a minor gunshot wound to the head.

She told police she was sitting at the table in her living room when a bullet came through the glass sliding door and struck her in the head, then struck the wall across the room.

Officers found two other bullet holes in the outside of the house.

Investigators say the shots came from the street and went thought the wood privacy fence.

SIU was called to process the scene.

It is unclear at this time if the incident was accidental or planned.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay.

Police say they have no suspects at this time.
