Tulsa mechanic offering free car maintenance training

TULSA, Okla. — Not everyone grows up with a car expert in the family to teach them to do basic tasks like check their oil or change a tire.

Cliff Koger, Service, and Parts Director at Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa is offering a free, hour-long car maintenance training session for teenagers and adults to teach them simple skills to avoid a roadside bind.

Koger’s sessions include tasks like changing a tire, checking oil levels, and checking tire pressure.

Koger says he started the program after seeing how many people have been coming in and out of the service department and felt that he had a lot to offer to someone.

Anyone who wants to participate can do so by setting up an appointment, but they don’t have to be a customer at Bob Moore.
