Truck with engine running stolen from dealership

TULSA, Okla. — A car thief took advantage of an easy target Monday morning, stealing a truck he found with the engine running, according to police.

We’re told the Dodge truck was stolen from the Sapulpa Car-Mart, where it was left running to warm up.

Police told our news partners at FOX23 that GPS helped locate the truck near 91st and Memorial. Officers caught up with the suspect near 31st and 169, but he refused to pull over.

The suspect, 27-year-old Justin Goldsberry, was taken into custody when the truck ran out of gas near I-44 and Lewis.
