TPD, DEA make heroin arrest

Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa Police and Drug Enforcement agents arrested four people accused of trafficking heroin and working with the Mexican Cartel.

Pablo Soriano-Villareal was arrested Wednesday morning at an apartment complex near 71st and Lewis.

Tulsa police tell us they have been working undercover, buying more than $6,000 worth of heroin from the group.

Officers say they also got $70,000 from Soriano-Villareal for what they call a “money pickup.”
