TULSA — Police say a would-be female car burglar was fatally shot Wednesday night on Highway 75, just north of downtown Tulsa.
Officers say a woman called her father for help after she had a flat tire.
The man got into a fight with two suspected car thieves and a gun went off, killing 46-year-old Angela Walker.
The male suspect, 34-year-old Matthew Thornbrough, turned himself in Thursday.
Thornbrough now faces a 2nd degree murder charge.
