Tulsa, Okla. — 100 animals are headed to Idaho for adoption in advance of flooding conditions.
Tulsa Animal Welfare employees, the Humane Society and The Tulsa SPCA will load 100 animals from the shelter to move them to Idaho for adoption.
We're told the transfer will make room to take in another 100 stray animals that are displaced as a result of flooding in the Tulsa area over the next few days.
The animals will be taken to Jones Riverside Airport Friday morning.
The private plane transportation is the result of a donation.
