2 people shot on Langston University campus

LANGSTON, Okla. — KRMG News has confirmed two people were shot on the Langston University campus Thursday morning.

The university said one student and one non-student guest were shot. At least one shooting victim was taken to an Oklahoma City hospital.

We’re told campus police and OSBI are investigating.

No arrests have been made.

Langston University released the following statement:

"The Langston University Police Department responded to a report of shots being fired early this morning on the Langston campus. At this time, we understand that two individuals were shot, one student and one non-student guest. The suspects fled the scene and are not believed to be in the area at this time. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation responded and is assisting with the investigation. If anyone has any information regarding this crime, please contact the LUPD or OSBI immediately." - Langston University
