Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating a shooting.
A man was shot twice after loaning his cell phone to a man who would not return the phone to its owner.
TPD Cpl. Amber McCarty said, “I guess a little confrontation altercation over the cell phone (happened) and at that point the suspect pulled out a gun and shot him twice.”
The victim was shot in the neck and the back near 71st and Utica Wednesday night.
He was able to drive home to an apartment near 61st and Peoria.
The victim was in stable condition at the hospital.
The suspect was described as a black male.
He has not been located.
