Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating a homicide.
We're told a family member found the victim inside a residence near North Elgin Avenue and 40th Place North around 11 p.m. Monday.
The victim had been shot in the torso.
Police are unsure of when the shooting took place.
No names have been released.
