The heat of summer returns to the Tulsa area this weekend.
In fact, National Weather Service Meteorologist Robert Darby says we should see above normal temperatures.
“Normal highs are in the lower 90’s, so we are going to be running a few degrees warmer than that,” Darby said. “The main concern is going to be the humidity. We are going to see the heat index into the 100 to 102 range on both Saturday and Sunday.”
There is no rain in the forecast either day.
Make sure to drink plenty of fluids. If you have to be outdoors, please be careful and find some shade.
