Postal worker refuses to ship gun for religious reasons

The problem started when the owners of LEPD firearms tried to legally ship a gun to a client who had just bought it.

The store followed all shipping and federal rules but when they took the package to the Columbus, Ohio post office they got a shock.

A postal worker identified as Juide wouldn’t put her hands on the box and told LEPD co-owner Philip Delbert “because of my religious beliefs, I cannot process your package.”

She then asked him to step aside and wait for another worker.

The man was left standing alone until his son called the branch on the phone and got someone to help with package.

Postal worker David Van Allen admitted the incident happened and said the employee had “been talked to.”

He also claimed it won’t happen again and then apologized to Delbert.

Do you think the postal worker was right or wrong? What if an employee had refused to ship a religious item because they were from a different religion?
