Tulsa, Okla. — A traffic violator is arrested after not knowing the police helicopter is watching.
We're told Abel Munoz refused to stop at a red light shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday.
The helicopter pilot guided officers to where he finally stopped near 3800 South 117 East Avenue.
Munoz was arrested for DUI, eluding, controlled drugs and other traffic charges.
