Tulsa, Okla. — The Tulsa Police and Fire Departments urge spectators to stay away from the Arkansas River during rising water.
We're told erosion and sink holes are forming.
One sink hole has opened on a bike trail near 12th and Riverside.
Police have been responding to flooding situations and need residents to avoid taking unnecessary risks.
