Owasso police investigate vaping product sales to minors

Owasso, Okla. — Owasso police research vaping supply sales to minors. Officers used the compliance check method to find out what businesses have been selling vaping products to minors. We're told police have been getting complaints about juveniles being able to buy vaping supplies, so officers sent an underage buyer into 21 retailers selling the products. But after the plan was carried out, only one business was written a ticket. Police say it was the same business investigators saw mentioned in many of the complaints.
